Is the locker for a single bag, or can I store more?

You can store as much luggage and as many personal belongings as you like, as long as they fit inside the chosen locker without forcing the door shut. You pay for the locker, not for the number of bags.

What sizes are the lockers?

Three sizes are available: S, M and L. The S suits backpacks and travel bags; the M a carry-on trolley or a medium suitcase; the L a large checked suitcase or two trolleys. Exact dimensions are shown on the Prices page.

I forgot something! Can I open the locker and close it again?

Absolutely. As long as your booking is active, you can access your locker as many times as you like, at no extra cost.

How can I pay for the storage?

We accept digital payments only: online through the booking portal, or on site with credit, debit and bank cards from the main international circuits. Cash is not accepted.

I arrived without a booking: how do I get in?

No problem. In the window you’ll find a QR code: scan it to open a WhatsApp chat and you’ll automatically receive the code to open the premises door. Once inside, choose size and duration on the totem and complete the payment by card.

Where is Palermo Locker located?

We are at Via Simone Corleo 24, in the heart of Palermo, just steps from Via Libertà and the Politeama Theatre. The location is central and easy to reach on foot from the main tourist areas and by public transport. You’ll find a map and directions on the Location page.

When is the service available?

We are open 7 days a week. You can access the storage at any time from 07:00 in the morning until 23:00 in the evening.

My storage time has expired. What do I do?

Don’t worry, your luggage stays safe. To unlock the locker, the system will simply ask you to pay the difference for the extra time used, calculated according to the extra-hour rates.

What if I can’t collect my luggage before closing time?

The premises are not accessible after 23:00. If you can’t collect in time, you’ll need to wait for reopening the next morning at 07:00. On collection you’ll be charged for the extra time according to the extra-hour rates, including night hours.

Can I trust you with my luggage?

Your peace of mind is our priority. The entire area is protected by a video surveillance system. The lockers are made of reinforced material and only you, with your code, can access them.

Is my luggage insured?

Yes, each locker is insured up to € 1,000. For details and conditions, please refer to the dedicated section of the Terms and Conditions.

My plans changed: can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, amounts paid in advance are non-refundable, except for malfunctions attributable to us, as set out in the Terms and Conditions.
