What can I store?
Check-in suitcases, cabin trolleys, backpacks and travel bags. Our lockers come in three sizes (S, M, L) to fit standard luggage. For oversized items (strollers, sports equipment, musical instruments), contact us before booking and we’ll check availability together.
What are the opening hours?
We’re open 7 days a week, from [OPENING TIME] to [CLOSING TIME]. You can drop off and pick up at any time within these hours, no appointment needed.
How does access work?
When you book, you receive a personal access code by email. The code opens the door and your locker, and stays valid for the whole duration of your booking — you use it both to drop off and to pick up. No keys, no staff to wait for.
Are my bags safe?
Yes. The premises are monitored by CCTV around the clock and access is restricted to customers with an active booking, via personal code. Each customer can only open their own locker.
Can I pay in cash or on site?
The service is cash-free. Bookings are paid online by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay; hourly walk-in rentals are paid by card on the touchscreen at the storage. That’s what lets us skip the queues entirely.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes: cancellation is free up to [CANCELLATION TERM] before your booking starts — just write to the address on the Contact page. To change dates or locker size, get in touch and we’ll find a solution.
What if I’m late picking up?
If you can’t pick up before your booking ends, the extra time is simply charged at the standard rates, up to the daily cap. If you expect to arrive after closing time, let us know and we’ll arrange pick-up for the next morning.
Is anything not allowed?
Yes: items of exceptional value (cash, jewellery), flammable or hazardous materials, weapons, illegal substances, perishable food and animals cannot be stored. The lockers are for luggage and personal travel belongings.
